The People Ops Process Enablement lead will be part of our People Operations and Transformation team, partnering closely with Business functions to ensure effective operationalisation of people processes, through our core HXM platform and associated people systems and tools across the end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will work closely within a team that are critical to ensuring our people data, systems and processes are effectively governed, maintained, kept accurate, compliant, fit for purpose and future proofed.

Key responsibilities:

- Functionally supporting and maintaining our core HXM platform (SuccessFactors) and independent HR systems, including analysis of release schedules and impact on people processes/ functional system operations
- Partnering with the HR systems support teams & technology, providing direction through 3rd party services to ensure processes are maintained, evolved and supported
- Critically evaluating our E2E hire to retire processes within our HXM platform
- Working closely with the People Ops to understand business requirements
- Developing and maintaining HRIS process documentation, including desktop procedures across our E2E employee lifecycle
- Representing key HRIS Processes at HR Change Board to support detailed impact assessments, understanding the problem statement, assessing options, defining and mobilising implementation plans
- Operationalising solutions that drive a human experience in a digital first way to support the People Agenda
- Taking ownership of system testing to ensure solutions meet end user business requirements and deliver the best possible colleague experience
- UAT/ Validation ownership of any system changes, including mass imports/exports of data to support people processes
- Measurement of ticket volumetrics and identification of any continuous improvement requirements

Key experience:

- Relevant professional qualification ideally CIPD
- Relevant HR System Experience (SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Confident in building professional relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and completing tasks
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within HR Operations environment - desirable
- Project and change management/co-ordination experience is essential
- Knowledge of core hire to retire processes and how tools/systems underpin effective HR operations
