My client is looking for an established and experienced Bid Manager who will have the opportunity for a highly rewarding and exciting role being a key part of supporting the continued growth of one the fastest growing cleaning companies in the UK.

This will be a hybrid working position and would need to attend Headquarters in London when required.

They will have core strengths of being highly organised, with an attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and multitask to deliver against deadlines. With experience in bid production, they will be taken through a training and developmentprogramme to build on these core strengths and be given every opportunity to maximise their potential.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be working as part of a close knit sales team overseeing the bid management process, coordinating with the sales team and the wider business to assist in the delivery of bid documentation across the PQQ,tender and presentation responses within the defined deadlines.

There will be the opportunity to build on creative and marketing skills as the role with pay a key part in the delivery of the marketing and brand strategy.

Following full training, this role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

- Ensure adherence to the Company QMS system for Sales & Marketing processes and procedures
- Monitoring registered portals for potential opportunities to pass to the Sales Team for assessment
- Ensure compliance with internal PQQ and ITT processes and procedures
- Ensure bid responses are delivered within the deadlines set
- Have ability to produce and format work across the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have ability to build proposals from the bid library content and tailored responses to match specific client requirements
- Maintain the bid library with the most up to date model/best answer responses and play an active role in the ongoing identification of creative ways in which to support a compelling proposal
- Have the ability to proof read provided content
- Be comfortable in building relationships within the business to obtain the latest collateral and gaining input into bid responses
- Coordinating with the relevant Business Development team member (Bid Lead ) in the delivery of the bid from identification of the opportunity through to presentation
- Communicating with the suppliers to source information and pricing for accurate responses
- Ensuring compliance with tender return instructions and ensuring a compliant return
- To promote the culture and values of team Birkin both internally and externally, as a member of the Birkin Team
- Demonstrate your commitment to the overall Company by treating staff at all levels with respect and courtesy, and by encouraging others to do likewise
