**Job Summary**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic team player to join the fastest-growing Norwich agency and work with incredible e-commerce clients across multiple disciplines, including household names such as Euronics, Red Dragon, Trusted Reviews, Lisa Angel and more.

**Skills & Experience**
- Essential_
- Excellent communication skills are required to build client relationships, so previous experience working with clients or customers is essential.
- With excellent organisational skills, you can simultaneously handle multiple projects across clients, meeting various deadlines.
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of your work, demonstrating a solid initiative
- With a keen eye for design, you will have previous experience using software such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or Figma.
- You will have a creative mindset with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written English skills to produce engaging copy where required
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse performance and optimise accordingly.
- Desirable_
- Two years Experience in a previous E-Commerce or marketing role (in-house or agency)
- Experience with implementing retention strategies and solutions and improving customer retention rates
- Experience with other E-Commerce software/platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento 2, Amazon, etc.
- A degree (or other relevant qualifications) in relevant fields such as Marketing, Creative Writing or Graphic Design
- Experience in other Marketing departments, e.g. Conversion Rate Optimisation, PPC, SEO, Affiliate marketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Compiling visual, comprehensive reports and audits for clients to report on performance
- Identify retention opportunities and strategies for clients
- Regular meetings with clients and Account Strategists to discuss strategy
- Assisting across multiple marketing disciplines to grow and consistently add value to the Pivotal retention marketing offering
