**About the job**
Acuigen provide client feedback services to national and international professional services firms. We are looking for a self-motivated, empathetic and engaging team member to join our fieldwork working on a Spanish projects based in our offices in Cranfield, Bedfordshire.

We only want delighted clients. Our aim is to retain and grow existing clients by providing first class research services and excellent client service.

You will be responsible for undertaking high-quality client experience interviews in Spanish and English, and on a daily basis checking the quality of our work. This particular aspect of the role follows set processes, requires good attention to detail and very good proof reading skills.

You will also undertake high-quality client experience interviews on the phone or using Microsoft Teams, and provide support to clients in the use of our cloud based reporting technology, CustomServe (full training will be provided).

**Who are we looking for?**

We are interested in hearing from you if you have the following skills:

- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- High standard of business level English (spelling and grammar), both written and spoken and Spanish
- Accurately proof-read interview transcriptions (comfortable undertaking process driven work accurately) with attention to detail
- An ability to cope with changing priorities to achieve deadlines, often in a busy, fast paced environment
- Keep good records in our project management software
- Excellent organisational skills, coordination of team diaries, and scheduling telephone appointments
- Ensure services are delivered within budget and quality KPIs
- Coordinate and assist with the training of a small team of interviewers
- An ability to understand and conform to quality standards based upon ISO 27001; 25252 and 9001 (training will be given)
- A flexible and agile approach to your work
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills (Database skills are desirable).
