HR Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to Senior Management you will be required to carry out a range of HR duties within our busy commercial department including, but not limited to:
- All personnel administration
- Monitoring and updating policies and procedure in line with legislation
- Coordinating and overseeing discipline, absence management and grievance issues.
- Producing HR related documentation such as recruitment adverts, offer letters, induction paperwork, contracts of employment, handbooks, exit interviews and leaver letters.
- Managing attendance records and maintaining the HR systems (Sage and INFOR) and associated hard copy records.
- Organising company events in order to raise money for local charities
- Compiling necessary paperwork needed for processing monthly payroll
- Organising and coordinating training for new and existing members of staff
- Managing company Insurance policies
You should therefore have a good knowledge of current employment law and best practice together with excellent administrative, organisational and IT skills. An ability to prioritise your own workload in order to meet deadlines is essential.
