Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
- Administer HR programs and policies related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in HR or a related field preferred.
