**QA Coordinator
We are looking for a **QA Coordinator **to join our growing Quality Team at Tropic HQ. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain the Quality Management System in line with cosmetic standards, accreditation and business requirements across the organisation. This role will be involved in developing the Quality Assurance Department, personnel, systems and procedures.

This position is a maternity cover and is being offered on a 9 month FTC.

**Responsibilities
- Assisting the management team in ensuring that all activities on site follow current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company policies to meet business requirements.
- Working alongside all departments to provide quality / technical guidance and expertise in the resolution of quality issues.
- Helping in the general standardisation of processes, focusing on process mapping and simplifying existent documentation.
- Assisting in the interpretation of regulatory requirements and help all departments to mirror them into their associated policies, SOP's, work instructions and test methods which will all form the Document System that defines our business activities.
Collating information relating to Product Quality Reviews (PQR's) by liaising with other departments as necessary.

**About You
- At least 2 years of experience working in cosmetics or pharmaceutical quality assurance validation.
- Be flexible and work independently.
- Accommodate competing deadlines and demands of work.
- A scientific degree (considered an advantage).
- Confidence in using the MS Office package, as well as an ability to learn to manage different quality management software quickly.
- The skills to create and maintain positive and open work relationships.
- Good organisation skill and have a proactive approach to your work. Excellent written and spoken English.

**Additional
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
- The position is being offered as a 9 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
- Our office is conveniently located just 3 minutes’ walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon - both 20 minutes away. Approx. 30 to 35 minutes travel time from South / South West London.
