ServiceCloud Voice at Natterbox is our primary deployment model and preferred Go-To-Market motion. It is crucial that our product management team works well alongside Salesforce product leaders to understand their roadmap & messaging, industry trends, and top use cases. Collaborate with Salesforce Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders in design and enablement activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, from planning to development, testing, QA, and release coordination.
Manage the product lifecycle, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement or new features.
Support product enablement, communication, and support to revenue-facing teams (Sales, Alliances, customer success, professional services, and support teams).
Domain Expertise in Salesforce ServiceCloud Voice, Omni-Channel, and Contact Center Voice Architecture.
~ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
~Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
~ Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus.
~ Passionate about technology and digital innovation, driven to constantly learn and stay ahead of industry trends.
