Learning System Administrator

At 33n our mission is simple: to work collaboratively and empower frontline healthcare providers to make evidence-based decisions to improve patient care. In order to do this we need great people on our team. We are looking for a part time Learning System Administrator to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract working remotely with occasional travel to London.

It’s a busy role, so we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated and dependable, who is happy working at pace to problem-solve and work flexibly to achieve outcomes.

**Main responsibilities**:
LMS (currently Blackboard but moving to Thinkific)
- Familiar with Learning Management systems (Ideally Blackboard, Totara, Thinkific, Moodle)
- Manage and add users
- Provide first level of support for users (e.g., Lost user details)
- Basic system administration
- Copy course content between courses
- Add new content to courses as required
- Ensure latest versions of documents are in each course
- Troubleshoot Collaborate/Teams issues
- Experience of managing/coordinating LMS and content (desirable)
- Experience of set up of new LMS platforms and roll out (desirable)

Panopto and MIRO
- Troubleshoot Panopto/MIRO for 33n and CLEAR users
- Provide first level of support
- Order and QA auto captions
- Set up MIRO boards and layouts (generic and theme specific)

MS Teams
- Set up Teams meetings and breakout rooms
- Manage breakout rooms and screen share for courses if required
- Set up permissions for Teams meetings (co-organiser and presenter etc)

33n Data Portal
- Manage and add users
- Provide first level of support for users (e.g. Lost user details)
- Basic system administration

General duties:

- Assist in creation of documentation, help sheets and video guides to support 33n and CLEAR programme
- Assist in maintaining accessibility of learning materials
- Assist design team and clinicians with content creation if required
- SharePoint - support with versioning, pre-fixing and maintaining the Education Material Master List (spreadsheet)
- Setting up SharePoint folders in relation to the above and managing content as needed
- Calendar invitations - sending, amending, and booking in
- Completing, preparing (PDF), and sending certificates - using templates
- Provide additional virtual support for meetings and courses (access to platforms and provide chat support, answering queries)
- Assist design team and design team lead with other general tasks as required
- Communicate effectively within LDT, education team and wider 33n teams

**Experience and skills required**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is essential, a higher education degree or post graduate qualification in relevant fields such as Online learning or Learning Design would be desirable
- Experience in a customer support/project support role would be ideal
- A person with great communication skills who has the ability to train people in IT systems such as Thinkific is essential
- Project Management skills would be desirable
- Experience in an IT support role or IT training role would be highly desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
