**Service Delivery Manager - Preston - £38K**

**Service Delivery Manager
**Reporting into the Head of Technology, this is an internal facing role acting as the face of Digital within the Group. Relationship building, customer service and supplier management will be key skills as you will work closely with various teamsto collect feedback, share performance and evolve the service through continous improvement and changing business needs.
Within the role you will have a direct report, a Process Analyst, who will be heading up the implementation as you identify areas of improvement.
The role would suit someone who is highly organised, with great communication skills - ideally from an background in IT, with any knowledge of ITIL being highly beneficial.**Key / Core Responsibilities**:
Host internal service reviews with business stakeholders

Own & design the digital service catalogue

Oversee Service Introduction for new services & handover from projects

Liaise with 3rd party services providers, and consolidate their service offerings into ours

**Ideal background and experience**:
Experience & knowledge of ITIL & working in an ITIL environment

Proven track record in a similar role

Good customer relationship building skills, written & verbal communication

Process design & improvement skills

An analytic & data driven mindset, focus on metrics & KPIS

Supplier management experience, MSP or similar
