Job Title: Social Media and Knowledge Hub Consulting Lead Partner

Job Summary:
As the Social Media and Knowledge Hub Consulting Lead Partner, you will assume a senior leadership role within our consulting firm, specializing in advisory services related to social media strategy and the development of knowledge hubs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership, digital expertise, and consulting services to clients across various industries, helping them maximize their online presence and create knowledge-sharing platforms. You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective social media strategies, build knowledge repositories, and enhance their digital engagement. This position requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and knowledge management, along with strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering successful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients from diverse industries, including corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Understand client objectives, digital challenges, and knowledge-sharing needs to develop tailored consulting strategies.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the social media and knowledge hub consulting sector.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals, secure new clients, and expand the consulting practice.

Strategic Consulting:

- Lead and oversee consulting projects related to social media strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and the development of knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.

Team Leadership:

- Build and mentor a team of consultants specializing in social media and knowledge hub development, nurturing their professional growth and development.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Thought Leadership:

- Establish yourself as a thought leader in the social media and digital marketing field by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Share insights and expertise through publications, presentations, and participation in digital marketing and social media conferences and forums.

Financial Management:

- Manage the financial performance of the social media and knowledge hub consulting practice, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure profitability and sustainability of the practice.

Quality Assurance and Digital Analytics:

- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in consulting services, including client satisfaction and project deliverables.
- Utilize digital analytics tools to measure and optimize the effectiveness of social media and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, information management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, or knowledge management, with leadership roles in consulting or related areas.
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships within various industries.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, content creation, and knowledge-sharing technologies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing innovative digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex digital concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop customized digital strategies for clients.
- Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and trends in the social media and knowledge management fields.

As the Social Media and Knowledge Hub Consulting Lead Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients harness the power of social media and digital platforms to enhance their online presence, engage their audiences, and facilitate knowledge sharing within their organizations. Your expertise and strategic guidance will empower clients to navigate the dynamic digital landscape and achieve their digital marketing and knowledge management objectives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £500.00 per day

Expected hours: 18 - 20 per week
