**Marketing Executive (Hybrid)**

**Cadent Sourcing is partnering with the best Irish online Sportsbook and Casino platform with plans to expand in North America and Europe as it has been rapidly growing over the past few years.**

We are seeking an **Marketing Executive **to join their team in Gibraltar.

If you’re looking to embark on a digital marketing career this is a great opportunity for you.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or closely related field.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a **Marketing **role.
- **Knowledge and experience in a range of commercial models, including Cost Per Click/Deposit, revenue share, and tenancy deals is a MUST.**:

- Strong knowledge of **Excel and PowerPoint.**:

- Excellent writing and verbal communications skills, highly personable and a strong negotiator.
- **Existing network of affiliate/partner contacts in Sportsbook/iGaming is an advantage**:

- Second language would be beneficial.

**The Role**:

- Manage daily affiliate activities and track program progress.
- Identifying revenue growth opportunities by recruiting new affiliates and expanding the existing base.
- Develop affiliate program strategy and identified potential new partners.
- Maintain regular communications with affiliates, onboard new affiliates, and provide creative packages and reporting.
- Negotiate and monitor partner performance, recommending improvements to increase revenue.
- Ensure marketing initiatives and campaigns are effectively delivered to the affiliates.
- Re-engage inactive affiliates and track performance metrics. deepen relationships with existing affiliates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and business performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
