We are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our team based in our Gibraltar office.

This is a very independent role and requires the individual to be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a faced-paced environment. The projects are broad, and you will work closely with business stakeholders, product, and technical teams. The abilityto create strong working relationships with diverse groups of individuals will be paramount to success in the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the group-wide delivery function, reporting directly to the heads of delivery (with an initial focus on the digital area)
- Identifying business stakeholders, building strong working relationships and earning their trust
- Collaborating with project (initiative) sponsors to determine initial scope and vision
- Collaborating with the product and technical teams in order to bridge gap between their areas and articulate technical solutions in a digestible form that the business stakeholders can consume
- Collaborating with the delivery squads to assist with design queries that may arise during the build sprint cycles, helping them to achieve customer sign-off
- Gathering, understanding, and translating business requirements from initiatives, and breaking them down into detailed epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and training strategies where required.
- Providing stakeholders with accurate and measurable estimates for business analysis deliverables
- Developing a broad understanding of Rank Group products and a deeper knowledge across an agreed subset in order to act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Working in an organisation that is moving toward a scaled agile methodology, seeking out relentless improvement in our delivery approach

**Qualifications**
- Detailed knowledge and experience in implementing IT related business projects, which involve multiple activities and streams of people from both IT and business teams
- Experience of agile methodologies, with frequent deliveries in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working with distributed teams
- Experience of working in a multi-channel digital and/or retail organisation
- Gaming industry experience - an advantage
- JIRA & Confluence experience - an advantage
- Dynamics 365 experience or implementation - an advantage
- Technology development background - an advantage
