**About The Role**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Technology Specialist to join our Colleague Experience team based at our head office in Bradford.

This newly created role forms part of our Service Delivery function within the Colleague Experience team, responsible for ensuring our 90,000 colleagues are fully supported when using our suite of People/HR systems.
- Working alongside the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll drive service improvements alongside our business stakeholders and technology partners
- Ensuring a high level of service is provided to our colleagues through proactive management of our 3rd party suppliers, ensuring agreed service levels are met with the right quality of support provided
- Help govern our service transition processes, working closely with delivery managers and teams to ensure all required handover requirements are completed in advance of go-live
- Understand and manage business escalations for priority service incidents, giving clear direction to support teams and communication to stakeholders where necessary

**About You**:
You'll ideally have and demonstrate the following skills / experience:

- Previous experience working as part of a support/operational function within technology
- Ability to manage stakeholders in challenging situations
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about new systems, technology & colleague experience
- Passionate about improving the Morrisons colleague experience
- Resourceful, proactive, creative problem solving skills & attention to detail
- While not essential, experience working with HR/People systems would be advantageous
- Understanding of ITIL essential, qualification desirable
