**Part-time Administrator**

**(20 to 22 hours per week)**

**West Bromwich**

**Job Summary**:
I am currently seeking a part-time administrator to join my client based in West Bromwich, with a focus on assisting with purchasing and invoices. As the part-time administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Accounts and Purchasing departments.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it a great opportunity for people looking for a flexible work schedule. Typical working schedule will be working Monday to Friday 9am-3pm, this is flexible as there is the option to work fewer days but longer hours.

**Responsibilities of the part-time Administrator**:
" Process and track purchase orders for materials and supplies needed for shop fitting projects
" Ensure timely and accurate payments of invoices from suppliers and vendors
" Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and accounts payable activities
" Work closely with project managers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and within budget
" Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements of the part-time Administrator**:
" 1+ years' of experience in purchasing and accounts payable preferred
" Strong organizational and communication skills
" Experience in purchasing and invoicing is essential
" Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
" Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
" Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
" Familiarity with accounting software preferred
