Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individual to join our small friendly team in West Bromwich.
We are a small independent business that imports and supplies specialised safety equipment and have created a vacancy for a part time Compliance Administrator, working in our offices, providing support to the Managing Director and the Technical Training Manager. Additionally, providing administrative support within all departments of our small team, as the business requires.
Hours are to be confirmed, but expect to be 12-16 hours per week, over 2-3 days, with some flexibility.
Previous administrative work and a good level of competence with MS Word and Excel are essential.
Main duties are to create and maintain:
- ISO Quality System Records
- Health and Safety Policies
- Risk Assessments
- Method Statements
- COSHH Records
- Training Records
- Accreditation Body Records
- Calibration Records
- Accredited Supplier Records

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week
**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Bromwich: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
