Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Clerk

My clients a well established aviation training company based within the Feltham area, seeking an experienced Customer service/ Sales Administrator on a temp-perm basis (weekly pay via us).
**Daily duties would include**:
- General new sales
- Building a realtionship with clients
- Entering clients updates onto the system
- Issuing log in details to online training courses
- Organising training course
- Issuing certificates to clients
- Managing incoming calls
- Following up on quotations
- General admin and supporting the director
**Skills required**:
- Previous office/ customer service experience
- Outstanding admin skills
- 5 year checkable history
- Organisational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- PC literate
**Working hours**:
- Monday
- Friday 0900-1700
