**The role**:
As an Insurance Advisor specialising in New Business/Renewals you will be providing new and existing customers with motor insurance quotes. You will advise clients on additional products including home and travel insurance, creating cross sell opportunities and directly generating income. You will deal with both inbound and outbound calls, managing your time effectively to achieve all targets set. Whilst providing excellent service to all of our customers and ensuring that business quality and compliance are of the highest standard.

**What you’ll need**:

- A minimum GCSE at grade C/4 in Maths and English
- A desire to enter a dynamic and values driven work environment
- No previous experience of insurance is required, full training will be provided, but if you have insurance or call centre experience this will be advantageous
