Our client based locally in Harrogate are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team, the role can be extremely varied so needs someone who is adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Answer customer/product enquires & message taking
- Sales orders processing
- Maintain records and filing
- Monitor stock control & audits
- Literature management
- Help maintain price lists, customer database
- General office administration
- Full product & Sage training will be provided in house

**Key Skills**
- Good all round administration skills, used to working to high standards
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a polite, professional and friendly manner with all contacts ensuring that the highest level of customer care is delivered at all times
- IT skills, particularly Word and excel.

The position is working Monday - Friday, full time 30 - 37.5 hours per week (negotiable).
