**ROLE**: Data entry Assistant - Gosport
**WHERE**: Gosport
**WHEN**: Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:00
**SALARY**: £11-12.50 per hour

**DURATION**:3-month contract
**INDUSTRY**: Oil and Gas

**Responsibilities**:

- Check staff credit card expenses against the monthly credit card statements and ensure appropriate levels of authorisation.
- Post journal entries for these staff credit card expenses in the company's software package (Access Dimensions).
- Record supporting information for all journal entries.
- Using Focal Point, maintain the purchase orders, ensuring they are approved in a timely manner, coded correctly, and ensuring there are the appropriate levels of authorisation.
- Must ensure the purchase orders are sent out to the suppliers with the correct T&Cs attached.
- Provide full cover for the Purchase Ledger Coordinator in their absence at work.
