**About us**:
Chiltern Wood School is an expanding Special School currently supporting over 200 students ranging from ages 3 to 19 years. The school is located over two sites in Cressex and Downley with a third site opening in Studley Green in September 2024.

**About the role**:
As part of the expansion of our school, we are actively recruiting a Caretaker to join or team.

The primary purpose of this post is to carry out a range of duties which contribute to the maintenance, repair and security of the school’s buildings and facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are kept clean, tidy and in a presentable condition at all times and that it provides a safe and secure environment for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.

**About you**:
From time to time the caretaker may be required to support at our other school sites, but will mostly situated at our Studley Green site.

**Other information**:
It is envisaged that the hours of work will be 7:30am - 9:30am / 4:00pm
