NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a Dev Ops Engineer for a Central Government authority, available for remote / hybrid work in Manchester on an initial 12 months (1 Year) contract with potential extension to be reviewed.

This Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join a team responsible for designing, implementing, operating and evolving new and existing services and infrastructure for the UK Government.

**Main skillset required**:

- Essential: Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years without interruptions

For each item, experience is needed with one or more of the named topics or technologies:

- Linux Operating Systems: RHEL/CentOS 7/8, Use, operate, configure, patch and secure
- Cloud Provisioning: Terraform, CloudFormation, Packer, Cloud-init
- Development Languages: Python, Go, Bash, Ruby
- Configuration Management: Ansible, Puppet
- Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Nomad, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose
- CI / CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins
