**Position Summary**:
S&P Software Solutions is looking for Program Managers to drive software development projects, operational change management and to develop organizational Agile maturity and transparency across the development verticals of Software Solutions to ensure the deliveryof the product roadmap.
You will be reporting to the Solutions Program Manager and working with cross functional teams of Program Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and internal / external technical teams in an internationally distributed environment.
The role will be challenging, fast paced and diverse, covering multiple product deliveries across different time zones and market segments. You will need to be someone who has experience to engage in multiple levels of the project from strategic decision makingto 'getting into the weeds' to resolve a problem if required.

The Project team is currently growing and developing into a structured PMOacross the Software Solutions product verticals.
**Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Plan and oversee all aspects of program delivery, working with resources (Technical leads, Development Leads, QA leads, Product Owners, UX leads) and clients, to meet the needs of the organization
- Provide visibility into the status of the program for multiple audiences to ensure senior management and key stakeholders have a concise and detailed reporting structure that will provide clear transparency of projects and streams, and clearly highlightsprogress against milestones
- Lead Steering groups to manage program delivery over time based on data derived from MSProject, Azure Dev ops and any linked PBI dashboard tooling
- Support co-ordination and conflict resolution across Software Solutions in BIG planning sprint sessions
- Balance trade-off decisions between short-term and long-term needs
- Actively mentor other members of the project team, delegate and contribute to performance reporting
- Develop, maintain, and adapt delivery strategies that enhance delivery efficiencies, consistency, and drive delivery milestones.
- Develop and train teams in the use industry standard tooling to support delivery enhancements (Azure Dev Ops/MS Project/Confluence).
- Work across the Solutions teams through the Delivery Guild, to co-ordinate practices, share good practice and develop skills.
- Reduce noise and confusion: ensure that every stakeholder has the information they require to make decisions and do their job.
- Drive innovation and adaption of best practices.
- Support other members of the PMO and deputize in their absence

**Business Competencies**:
Education and Experience (E - Essential / D - Desirable)
- Circa 5+ Years in Senior Project Management roles within FinTech (E)
- Accountability for the delivery of multiple complex financial services projects of varying size and length across multiple teams (E)
- Implemented Change Management alongside implementation (E)
- Building high performing autonomous Agile/Scrum Teams (E)
- Detailed understanding of SDLC/SaaS (E)
- Working in a Technology/Software environment (E)
- Use of ADO / Jira / Confluence / MS Project / Roadmunk (E)
- Working in a Global market, with offshore / managed services (D)
- Experience in trading systems (D)
- Accreditation: Agile (D), Scrum Master (D), SAFe (D), PMP (D)

**Commercial Awareness**:
Preferably has experience in financial software development.
