**The job itself**:
We require an enthusiastic and motivated professional to effectively support our students who are on alternative curriculum through a vocational provider or are part of our ‘Short Stay’ provision from mainstream schools. The role will involve working alongside our Directors of Learning to Co-Ordinate successful placements for students for both short and long term. This will involve working with young people, families, schools and vocational providers to ensure that students have the best support in order to gain positive outcomes.

You will have:

- A good standard of education including GCSE or equivalent Grade English and Maths
- Experience of working with 14 to 16-year olds with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
- The ability to relate effectively to students, their parents/carers and professionals working with them
- Your own transport to enable you to visit the young people on placements which may be spread throughout the county
