Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Humanities Teaching Assistant at a secondary school in Kingston-upon-Thames. As a member of the teaching team, you will support teachers in delivering Humanities lessons, provide tailored support to students, and help manage the classroom. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are considering a future career in teaching and want hands-on experience before pursuing teacher training opportunities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a First-Class Degree in History, Geography, Religious Studies, or Politics from a Top 30 University. Previous child-centered working experience is desirable, but not essential. You will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed. You will also be able to work effectively in a team, manage classroom behaviour, and foster a positive learning environment.

What We Offer
