**Main Role Requirements**
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
- Experience in a similar role
- Desire to learn and develop in the role

**Main Role Responsibilities**
- Delivering excellent customer service to all users of the centre
- Effective day to day running of the centre
- Proactive on-site facilities management and liaising with contractors
- Ensuring all centre targets are met
- Promoting and selling centre units, conference facilities and centre services
- General reception and administration duties
- Producing monthly invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Conference and event support
