Children and Young People Support Worker

The day in the life of...
Starting shift at 8am, you will meet with your team and be brought up to speed on the events of the days before, you will have a schedule to follow which may consist of supporting to school or college after morning routines and breakfast. As cooperate parents it's our shared responsibility to provide a safe and nurturing home environment for our children and young people to live, learn and grow as individuals your shift will end at 11pm.
All of our children and young people are unique in every way and have a broad range of interests, whether it be exploring and swimming on the other side of the spectrum our young people may need support exploring thier interests and they may need help (a lot of), to establish thier self-identity and boost confidence. We do this by building trusting relationships and through meaningful engagement.
At My3 our Therapeutic Model underpins the way that we deliver care and support, with a focus on Communication, Participation, Wellbeing, Self Awareness and Empowerment. Our workforce is training in Positive Behaviour Support, Attachment, Therapeutic Parenting to name a few specialist programmes. All of our employees have the opportunity to develop their skills in therapeutic specialisms and climb the leadership ladder via our Careers pathway
If you are hard-working, committed, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour we are interested in hearing from you. As a professional company, integrity is essential as are basic IT skills, communication skills and ability to listen and learn
Ideally you will have a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent but if you don't we will support you to achieve this

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.14 per hour
