We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our Bodyshop team at our Sheffield Parkway dealership.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

Duties will include:

- Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone, along with liaising with Insurance Companies & other suppliers.
- Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
- Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
- Handling customer payments.
- Participating fully in measurement and feedback processes, to complete and return personnel documentation on time and to embrace personal training and development opportunities.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
- Please note, Pentagon Motor Group are currently in a trial period of their Bodyshops not operating on Saturdays._

**Who Are We Looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- A friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
- An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
- Good IT skills
- The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
- A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
