We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our great Bodyshop team at our Sheffield dealership as a Bodyshop Customer Advisor.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

Duties will include:

- Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone
- Liaising with Insurance Companies & other suppliers.
- Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
- Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
- Handling customer payments.
- Working to a high level of accuracy
- Participating in measurement and feedback processes
- Working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17.30pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:30am - 12:30pm.

**Who Are We Looking for?**
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
- A friendly and helpful attitude.
- Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
- An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
- Good IT skills
- The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
- A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
- Great organisation skills
