**About Us**
Premium Credit is one of the leading insurance premium finance companies in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our team in Leatherhead on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our offices are based in Leatherhead. We have recently moved to a hybrid way of working. For Premium Credit, this means operating on a work from home basis with regular collaborative meetings in the office.

**The Role**
Putting the customer at the heart of our digital channel plans, you will focus on the digital customer journey. You will oversee the service delivery of our digital channels, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Working in close collaboration with the Devs Team, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of a range of digital features as well as taking full ownership of the digital roadmap.
Additionally, you will:

- Use a host of sources and information to inform the prioritisation, service delivery and user experience improvements within the digital journey
- Drive all aspects of the digital journey
- Oversee optimisation and continuous improvement
- Support the triage and prioritisation of live issues
- Work in line with KPIs and wider business requirements
**About You**
To join us as a Digital Product Owner, you will need:

- Product ownership knowledge and experience
- Experience of working with technical and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable experience of overseeing and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- To be future and forward-thinking
- The ability to collaboratively solve problems through UI and UX with a focus on customer experience
- To be familiar with user analytics
- To be confident in achieving your objectives within a working environment that relies on video conferencing
