Customer Service Advisor

Birmingham City Centre / Home Working

Part Time

£11.44 / hour

Saturday & Sunday working 24 hrs / week between hours of 7am - 7pm on rota’d shift, and working the occasional days in the week.

In return for your hard work and dedication,

28 days holiday per year including bank holidays - pro rata to part time hours.

Working from home, social activities, flexible working

Duties;
To provide an outstanding service to clients

Raising work order requests on a bespoke system

Chasing same orders to completion

Inbound and outbound call making

Establishing a constructive relationship with clients and contractors and interact with them according to individual needs.

Be willing to complete NVQ training modules

To work as part of a close friendly team of individuals

We operate a rota pattern whereby shifts are worked to meet the business requirements, the office is open 24/7 and shifts will be generally be from 7am until 7pm Monday to Sunday, working an average 38.5 hours a week.

**Experience**:
Experience working within a customer service environment.

Computer literate - able to work with Microsoft Office products.

Attention to detail.

Able to use own initiative.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
