Reporting to: Projects Team Manager

**Position Description**:
**Major Areas of Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with incoming sales calls.
- Preparing customer quotations.
- Negotiating prices with customers.
- Closing sales opportunities.
- Confirming payment terms prior to order acceptance according to Paragon guidelines.
- Completing production documentation packs including route sheets and supporting documentation.
- Generating and managing timing plans where applicable.
- Being in regular contact with customers and Sales Managers.
- Achieving commercial targets with the Sales Managers.
- Hosting customer visits.
- Reporting into other areas of the business on the daily and weekly activities.

**Required knowledge, skills, and abilities.**
- Good communication and commercial awareness skills are essential.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve commercial targets.
- Enjoys speaking with customers and building long term relationships by phone and face to face through visits.
- Enjoys working closely with members of the Sales team.
- Understanding of production planning and scheduling of fluctuating workloads.
- Good administrative skills and an eye for detail.
- Strong technical appreciation of prototyping methods, materials, benefits, and limitations.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to continuously improve.
- Good IT skills including use of social media etc.
- Happy to work extra hours to get the job done.
- Thrives when working in a high pace and often stressful environment where demands are high.

**Physical demands**

There are no significant physical demands related to this role however good communication and people skills are required.

**Work environment**

The Project Coordinator is based at the Teesside facility.

**Working hours**

The Project Coordinator will be required to manage their time in line with business demands.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
