Service and Ppm Coordinator

Are you an experienced Service and PPM Coordinator? Have you good administration experience and great planning and organisational skills? If so read this could be the role for you. Our Client is a leading provider of Technical Engineering Solutions, who are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator to join their team and be responsible for the allocation and co-ordination of reactive, planned and service installation works between Clients and Engineering staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful company who offer full training and genuine progression.
**Main Duties**:
- Call Handling Allocation of jobs to Field Technicians and subcontractors.
- Review of electronic time sheets for Field Technicians.
- Pending call reporting and escalation.
- Issuing of pre-planned maintenance scheduled to Clients/Service Managers.
- SLA/KPI reports for specific clients.
- Managing of all admin tasks i.e. spreadsheets for various contracts.
- Ensuring all SLA/KPIs are met within target dates.
- SMS Health Checks completed monthly.
- On-call administration and updates.
- Arranging reactive and pre-planned maintenance appointments direct with end user.
- Compiling management reports for site-based Service Managers.
- Creation of job packs issuing to Service/Operations Managers.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Administration experience (preferably within a helpdesk type environment).
- Computer literacy skills.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of Excel planning, organising & executing skills.
- Commercial and risk management awareness.
- Drive for Excellence - aims to deliver a high standard of work.
- Self-motivated with great customer awareness.
**Remuneration & Conditions of Assignments**
- Competitive salary £25,000 - 27,000
- Full Time, Permanent.
- 33 Holidays per annum (8 statutory and 25 non statutory) with the option to buy 5 more days off.
- Birthday off (not included in the above holidays).
- Extra day holiday after 2 years of service plus a further day after 3 years (not included in the above).
- Private Healthcare with the option to extend to family members.
- Great pension contribution - up to 9% matched.
- 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4pm Friday.
