CAFM Mobilisation Manager - 12 Month Contract

The CAFM Mobilisation Manager will report directly to the Managing Director, Residential Services and will be accountable for the mobilisation of a centralised Helpdesk, ensuring that the mobilisation is delivered against key milestones, in line with themobilisation roadmap and all contractual requirements are completed.

Our Client is a real estate and property investment trust and provider of on-campus residential and academic infrastructure. They have over 30,000 units in operation or under construction through long-term partnerships with UK universities. You will be basednationally due to the nature of the role and operating within their London head office.

CAFM Mobilisation Manager - 12 Month Contract

**Responsibilities**

**System**
- Review existing business model and identify gaps in process and performance with a plan for each site.
- Prepare all process flows for centralisation of CAFM helpdesk including but not limited to:

- SLAs against sites for CAFM integration
- Work flow process for call logging, Job allocation, out of hours operations
- Competency matrix
- Scheduling for reactive works
- Suppliers work flow
- To ensure the national CAFM system is aligned
- Understand existing requirements at each site and produce individual plans that are then transformed into a regional plan.

**Deliverable**
- Monitor progress of mobilisation plan and communicate with key business stakeholders to an agreed frequency
- Prepare regular internal reports for key business stakeholders identifying current and potential risk and opportunities
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of client values and behaviours.
- Manage the Project plan ensuring monthly milestones at met and reported on to the Operations Committee.
- Create new operating model and organisational design.

**Profile**

CAFM Mobilisation Manager - 12 Month Contract

**Criteria**
- Experience of successfully delivering and mobilising a national CAFM system
- Experience of managing a National CAFM Helpdesk
- Ability to create a Programme of works and managing large transformation projects
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to report against progress road maps and key performance indicators
- Effective and competent presenter and communicator at all levels
- The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organisation.
- Intuitive communicator who is able to interact effectively with diversely skilled colleagues, external consultants, and stakeholders.
