Operations Coordinator

ACT Building Control Ltd are a fast-growing business in Gloucestershire with offices in Bristol and London. We are currently recruiting for a Operations Co-ordinator to join our Gloucester office. The role is to support the client services team and technical support to Building Control.
Your day-to-day duties will be to work with our team of surveyors with a range of operations support work including, project assistance using a bespoke database system. There will be regular team meetings which you will be involved in and you will be asked to contribute ideas to help improve the service delivery of the work that we do.If you are someone who has a flexible work ethic, great customer service skills and an interest in building control then keep reading.
Your main duties will include.
- Liaising with clients to ensure efficient transfer of information
- Coordination of appointed projects with surveyors
- Customer service - working with our clients to resolve queries
- Process audit requirements accurately and efficiently within set deadlines
- Prepare, issue and store documents within a bespoke database system
**Job Types**: Full-time,
**Salary**: negotiable depending on experience
