We are looking to recruit an Administrator / Coordinator to manage bookings and handle customer enquiries. The work is highly rewarding, providing vital support to schools and being part of a successful growing company. You will be joining our friendly and vibrant office-based team of 12 people and working from a modern and comfortable office 5 minutes from the centre of Oakham.
You do not need specific qualifications but you should as a minimum have 12 months experience working in a full-time job (eg retail or administration). You will be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Main duties and tasks:
- Handling customer calls
- Dealing with booking enquiries
- Allocating assignments to operatives
- General administrative support
Your principal role will be to respond to new booking enquiries, take details from the customer and then to assign the role to our nearest available operative. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone manner.
We are looking for a people person who likes talking to people and who enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and clients.
As part of a small and growing company you will be expected to get involved with any aspect of the business requiring attention and to support other members of the team, giving you plenty of variety.
