An Office Administrator is required for an IT service company, which is operating in the Leicestershire / Rutland / Northamptonshire areas - office based in Oakham, Rutland.

This role will provide administrative support for teh business. The successful applicant will have the ability to take a proactive and strategic approach to the role, understanding, judging and anticipating the service required at any point.

**Key Responsibilities include;**
- HR support, report collation and information gathering, general administration and any other duties as required by the business.
- Production of quotes and proposals.
- Processing and ensuring progression of purchase and sales orders.
- Data entry and checking of purchase invoices.
- Sales ledger control.
- Previous admin experience is ideal.
- Excellent record keeping and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Methodical approach with attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with the willingness to assist other members of the team.
- Ability to manage a busy workload with often conflicting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both orally and in writing.
