**Events Administrator (Temp approx. until Mid/Late December)**

**Full Time - 35 hours**

**£12.82 per hour**

**Cambridge, CB21**

**This is an office-based role - own transport is highly recommended**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with third party suppliers to arrange equipment
- Liaising with event participants
- Updating the company database
- Securing funds, taking payments
- Interdepartmental liaison to order marketing materials
- Working closely with the Events Manager and Senior Events Manager

**Essential Skills**
- Personable and enthusiastic
- Confident to speak to callers at all levels on the telephone
- IT Literate
- Ability to prioritise
- Organisational Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.82 per hour
