**COMPANY PROFILE**:
Our client specialises within the sporting industry. Due to expansion, they are looking for a keen Sales / Business Development Executive to join their consultative workforce with great progression routes, training available and benefits offered, this couldbe a great opportunity for a new or successful salesperson to join a busy team.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Confident / professional telephone manner
- A clear passion for sports and sales
- Ability to build new client relationships
- KPI & target driven
- Strong, professional communicator on all levels
- Experience in electrical components industry is an advantage
- Team-player with a strong work ethic
- Dynamic, high-energy, and tenacious individual
- Organised, efficient and self-motivated

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Making outbound consultative sales calls
- Closing sales by opening relationships with new business clients
- Managing own sales pipeline, monitoring this on a regular basis
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Aiming to achieve monthly and / or annual sales targets
