Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are very excited to be working with a market-leader in their field, who due to rapid growth, are looking to recruit an Inbound Business Development Executive on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Making outbound calls to already interested customers who have expressed an interest in the Company’s services on their website or through inbound calls
- Taking inbound calls from customers to understand what they're looking for
- Proactively contacting lapsed clients to bring their business back on board
- Understanding what the customers’ needs are with a friendly questioning and consultative style and offering the best options for them
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained at all times

**Your skills and attributes will include**:

- Demonstrable success in a sales role, either inbound or outbound
- A real desire to succeed and approach each situation with a positive outlook
- A people person, who has an ability to build rapport with people very quickly
- Motivated by realistic targets and working in a close nit, friendly and supportive team
