**Job description**:
As the Sales Director for the Uk region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships for Target Integration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage in sales activities targeting the manufacturing or distribution industry, with a focus on relevant sector experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lead generation techniques and take ownership of lead generation tasks.
- Independently nurture leads to conversion.
- Provide support for limited inbound leads as necessary.
- Focus on lead generation with limited account management as necessary
- Meet existing customers to look after their current/future needs
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaign development and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in customer meetings, represent the company at events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
- Experience in software service-based sales.
- Proficiency in ERP systems within distribution, retail, and manufacturing.
- Adapting new sales strategies and concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in managing and expanding sales teams.
**Working Hours**: Flexible
**Expected Hours**: 15 - 20 per week
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £350.00-£400.00 per day
