We are seeking a experienced and highly accomplished Social Housing Lead.

This role has been created after the current holder secured a promotion.

The right person will:
Have proven experience of working at a senior management level within a fast-paced social housing setting **(Essential)**

Have high levels of knowledge in respect of governance and regulation within a social housing setting **(Essential)**

Have experience and be able to lead on annual and other returns for the Regulator of Social Housing, Commissioners and others **(Essential)**

Have high levels of IT skills including Microsoft Excel **(Essential)**

Have experience and be able to produce, understand and present good management information **(Essential)**

Have experience and be able to work with and support teams to ensure performance outcomes are understood and delivered **(Essential)**

Have an infectious passion for all thing housing, great sector insight, love to problem solve and an upbeat and dynamic personality **(Essential)**

Be able to balance the needs of the customer and the business to get the right outcomes **(Essential)**

Hold a relevant housing qualification (CIH Level 5 Diploma or Level 4 Certificate) have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience **(Desirable)**

Have experience of working with and servicing Boards and Committees **(Desirable)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
