**The Role**

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees who are looking to recruit an Innovation Process Lead to join the team in Liverpool.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Pro-actively seek for areas of improvements to processes and procedures for the successful delivery of projects/programmes on time, in scope and budget.
- Scout for new Innovation processes and tools to support effective product and initiative development to improve innovation success rate
- Project manage cross-functional teams (include external agencies) to align on piloting new processes and digital tools, manage implementation and lead the creation of training materials for rollout.
- Lead setup of digital workflow management systems and other tools to support innovation and ideation processes
- Provide guidance to Project/programme Managers on applicable controls and processes, including investment approvals and reporting

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in delivering successful management strategy/plan to a large group of stakeholders at various seniority levels
- Competent current innovation development processes including Agile.
- Good understanding of project/ programme management methodologies.
- Demonstrate good understanding of Project Reporting and Governance.
- Assertive and strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) with the ability to interact and communicate in a manner applicable to all levels.
- Ability to capture, analyse and portray information in a clear and concise format.
