Children's Residential Support Worker Team Leader

We are looking to add a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to our team based in our residential home in Warrington, Cheshire where we can care for up to two young people aged 7-17 with emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviours.
As a small, independent provider of residential care we pride ourselves on the fantastic outcomes and opportunities we provide for our young people. This is mainly due to the passionate and experienced team we have in place currently who go the extra mile to ensure our young people
Our home is a modern and calming environment where our young people can feel settled and your role as Senior will be to show your leadership skills by providing the small team with your guidance and support daily.
Must have experience in a residential setting and knowledge of Ofsted regulations. A full UK driving licence would also be required.
Shifts will consist of an early, late and a sleep and you will be required to complete up to 10 full 24 hour shifts per month.
Salary for the role will be up to £33,000 (based on 10 sleeps per month), a generous annual leave allowance and access to our therapeutic support 24/7 is provided.
We do have plans to open a new home in the area in the near future, in terms of progression we would hope to promote in house so we can provide you with funded qualifications and support and offer you the chance to grow with us and offer you the platform to achieve your goals.
