We are now recruiting for a _Specialist, Global Inventory Systems_ for our _Citrus House Office on the outskirts of Lancaster city centre._

**What will I be doing?**

As a _Specialist, Global Inventory Systems_ you will _provide Subject Matter Expert level support for all Inventory Management Systems and interfaces; as well as reporting and ad hoc Analysis as requested by the Inventory Management Leadership to support the Global Inventory Management Teams’ Systems responsibilities and projects._

Reporting to the _Manager, Global Inventory Systems,_ the main job duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Responsible for maintaining department Service Level Standards while responding to inbound tickets and requests for system setup, maintenance, and support of all Inventory Management systems including VOICE PMS, Clarity PMS, OnQ R&I, OnQ PMS, and all Inventory & Reservations interfaces.
- Assists the Sr. Inventory Systems Specialist and Leadership to manage the system Inventory Access for all Inventory Stakeholders and their guests’
- Assists Sr. Inventory Systems Specialist with system inventory release rules and Function codes to improve the overall health of the Inventory and optimize Club Member usage opportunities.
- Support all Resort and Inventory Stakeholder inventory challenges, marketing, rental, club, owner, affiliate partners and resort teams.
- Facilitates the configuration updates required to complete the requests and projects received by Inventory Systems based on Managements direction and department policies and SLA.
