SNO is hiring

The UK’s fastest growing Ski specialist, now expanding into Beach holidays, is looking for a keen Admin/Aftersales person to build out our super-friendly Operations team.

Support the daily operations of SNO, you’ll ensure our Customer Service makes clients love booking travel with us.

This is a Monday to Friday role, and two short Saturday mornings each month.

Travel Administration Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering the phone in a friendly and professional way.
- Checking Bookings docs are correct.
- Processing invoices.
- Checking tickets are correct.

Experience or Abilities:

- Graduate role.
- Aftersales experience in Travel is helpful but _not essential_ - energy and keenness to learn are key.
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and co-ordinate tasks.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills - we’re always keen to help

Salary and Benefits:

- Base salary £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
- 21 days annual holiday plus public holidays.
