Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks under the guidance of the Chef.
- Help with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, stock control and assembling dishes.
- Assisting the Chef during service hours.
- Follow food safety guidelines to uphold quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is desirable.
- Understanding of food safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from our Chef.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the whole team.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
