Design Support Administrator

GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a Design Support Officer to provide administrative support to the electricity asset design team and ensure customers are kept informed of project progression which is undertaken by the Electricity department. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Woolpit.
We are looking for someone with experience of engaging with customers and good communication skills. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must have the ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

**Responsibilities will include -**
- Provide a first point of contact for our customers and assist with the coordination of their projects.
- Assist with administration work within the Asset Design Team.
- Engage with Customers, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and other Network Operators, providing communication and coordination between all parties.
- Raise payment requests and process as required for project related work.
- Facilitate the recording of Bilateral Connection Agreements for new connections.
- Any other duties as required by the manager.
