Operational Customer Service Administrator

InBond, a market leader in the provision of premium customer driven logistic solutions, are seeking an Operations Customer Service Advisor to join the current Customer Service team, working alongside the team and the Customer Service Assistant Manager.
Believing in proactive personal development of its employees, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy department, to gain a vast amount of experience and knowledge from fellow colleagues.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Working 35 hours per week, providing coverage between 8am and 5pm
- To provide a positive and proactive customer service experience to the Clients
- The processing of orders on the warehouse management system
- Co-ordinating transport bookings with approved haulier.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Working to defined systems, processes & procedures of the Company
- Working to deadlines
- Working on multiple systems
- Dealing with high monetary value orders
- Number administration
Practical experience in customer services, computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and the ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers is essential.
We are looking for some one who is able to work on their own initiative whilst also being a strong team player.
The Company offers an attractive salary and benefit package, including 28 days’ annual leave per year (including bank holidays), increase by 1 day for each completed year of service (up to a maximum of 33 days per annum (including bank holidays) and a Company pension scheme.
