**_ Salary: 24,691.91 per annum_**

**_ Working hours:_**_ _**_37.5 with a regular Mon-Fri Pattern_**

Main Responsibilities:

- You will be the contact point for all communications to the team, you will priorities and distribute communications to the appropriate person or relevant department in establishment.
- You will be organizing meetings with prisoners who require ID and/or a basic bank account.
- Undertake a share of the transactional activity associated with the Activity Hub. This includes processing most or all the following categories of paperwork and inputting data ready for checking.
- Prepare paperwork for checking by manager, conducting initial checks as required by the prison.
- You will be using approved templates to maintain financial records as necessary, collect relevant management information and report on these as required.

- Strong written and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working across stakeholder groups
- Has previous experience/understanding of recruitment processes/legislation (desirable).
- Strong team building and peoples person.
- Organisation skills are extremely important for this role.
- Ability to work in partnership with NFN Managers, communicating strategy and priorities to providers and stakeholders.
